The Tecnoeka convection steam oven, model Millennial Touch Screen Gastro with an automatic cleaning system, is a robust and modern solution for professional kitchens. It is equipped with an electronic, 7-inch (480×800 mm), color TFT touchscreen control panel. The electronic control system allows for very precise setting of the desired cooking parameters. It enables saving new recipes and updating old ones. The control menu is available in as many as 42 languages, including Polish and English. The 24-hour delayed start function will be useful for preparing the oven or a dish before employees arrive at work. Door lock at 60°C, 90°C, 120°C, and 180°C prevents staff from getting burned due to uncontrolled door movement after opening. The oven functions as a holding cabinet—it maintains serving temperature and proper moisture levels in dishes until they are served. The oven’s outer glass is gravity-cooled, which enhances safety. 4 cleaning programs: eco, normal, intensive, and rinse are perfectly suited to varying levels of chamber soiling. The Pre-heating function allows the oven chamber to be preheated to a temperature 30°C higher than the set temperature. A probe with 3 temperature control points is used to determine and measure the temperature inside the food being cooked. The device features additional functions such as: Multilevel—which allows for the simultaneous preparation of different dishes requiring the same conditions but different cooking times; the process can be started at the same time, and Cooldown - which allows for rapid cooling of the oven chamber to start the next cooking process, which requires a significantly lower temperature.
