Products exceeding 30 kg or of oversized dimensions may require pallet delivery. If your order contains such items, we will inform you by e-mail about the special shipping conditions and costs before confirming your order. The Contract in such cases is only concluded with your explicit acceptance.
For pallet deliveries, the courier service will arrange a delivery time window with you in advance.
For certain products, we offer the option of personal collection from our warehouse. Personal collection is subject to prior arrangement — please contact us by email or through our contact form to schedule a time.

Legal Information
We provide a tracking number for every dispatched parcel, which is sent to you by e-mail once the parcel has been shipped. You can track the delivery status on the courier service's website as well as in the My Account / My Orders section of our online store.
In accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 20), the risk of damage, loss, or destruction of the product (risk of loss) passes to the buyer at the moment of receipt of the parcel. This means that any damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the seller, not yours.
Please inspect the condition of the packaging when receiving your parcel:
- If the parcel is visibly damaged, request the courier to prepare a damage report, or refuse to accept the parcel.
- Document the damage with photographs (of both the packaging and the product).
- Report the damage to us within 3 business days of receipt via the Complaints page.

If the courier is unable to reach you at the specified address, the courier service will proceed in accordance with its policies (typically by leaving a notification, attempting redelivery, or depositing the parcel at a collection point). The courier service will send you a notification regarding any failed delivery attempts. Please monitor the delivery status using the provided tracking number.
We currently ship only to those European Union Member States that are listed in the delivery times table above. Shipping to countries outside the EU is not available at this time. If your country is not listed, please contact us — we may be able to arrange an individual solution.
We shall deliver the ordered product to you or to a third party designated by you no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the Contract — in the case of online payment, from the date the payment is credited; in the case of bank transfer, from the date the purchase price is credited to our bank account.
The estimated delivery time stated in the order confirmation is typically significantly shorter than this maximum period.
If we are unable to meet the delivery deadline stated in the order confirmation, we shall notify you without undue delay of the reason for the delay and the new expected delivery date.
If we are also unable to meet the new deadline, or if you do not accept the revised delivery date, you are entitled to withdraw from the Contract in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. In the event of withdrawal, we shall refund all payments already made without undue delay and no later than within 14 days, using the same means of payment as the original transaction.
Our products are dispatched from several European Union Member States — the country of dispatch depends on the warehouse location of the product. The specific country of dispatch is indicated separately in the shipping information section of each product page.
The country of dispatch may affect the actual delivery time and — in the event of a return — the return address (please refer to the Right of Withdrawal page).
If your order contains products dispatched from different warehouses, they will be delivered in multiple, independent parcels. Individual parcels may arrive at different times, and we shall send a separate tracking number for each parcel by e-mail.
The total shipping cost is calculated by the system for the entire order, based on the conditions applicable to each parcel.
In the event of withdrawal, the return address will be provided in the confirmation of your withdrawal notice. As our products are dispatched from several EU Member States, the return address may be a warehouse address located in the country from which the product was originally dispatched.
The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Consumer. For detailed conditions, please refer to the Right of Withdrawal page.
Ownership of the product passes to you upon full payment of the purchase price and your receipt of the product.

Please do not open or use the incorrectly delivered product. Take a photograph of the received product and its packaging, then report the issue to our customer service with your order number. After verification, we will arrange delivery of the correct product — the cost of returning the incorrectly shipped item is borne by the seller.
