Our online store offers the following payment methods. You may select your preferred payment method at the checkout page when finalising your order.
Secure online card payment (Stripe)
Pay conveniently by card through the Stripe payment platform. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and JCB cards — including both debit and credit cards. Payment is processed when the order is finalised. Your card details are handled exclusively by Stripe — they are never stored on or transmitted to our servers in any form.
For card payments, strong customer authentication (SCA — Strong Customer Authentication) is mandatory under the EU PSD2 directive, provided by your bank via the 3D Secure protocol. Certain low-risk or low-value transactions may be exempted by the bank or the payment service provider. SCA offers additional protection against unauthorised card use.
Registered users may securely save their card within the Stripe system, making future purchases faster and more convenient.
Apple Pay and Google Pay digital wallet services are also available through Stripe — these are automatically offered on the checkout page on supported devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Android devices and Chrome browser). Your bank card is transmitted in a more secure manner through the digital wallet.
Bank transfer
After placing your order, we will send you the transfer details (bank account number, payment reference) by e-mail. Please complete the transfer within 3 working days of placing the order. If the purchase price is not received within this period, your offer may lapse in accordance with Section 9 of the Terms and Conditions, and the order may be automatically cancelled without confirmation. Order processing in all cases begins once the purchase price has been credited to and identified on our bank account. For bank-transfer orders, a proforma invoice is issued at the time of order confirmation and is converted to a final invoice once the payment is received.
Cash on delivery (Hungary only)
For deliveries within Hungary, you may pay in cash upon receipt of the parcel. Please prepare the exact amount for the courier. Cash on delivery is currently not available for other countries.
Balance (wallet)
Any available balance in your account is automatically offered on the checkout page. The balance may be used in part or in full to cover the order total — if the balance does not cover the entire amount, you may pay the remainder by card.
Gift card
Gift cards are also available for purchase in our online store and are delivered digitally. The value of the gift card is credited to the recipient's account balance and may be used for any future purchase.
Our online store uses the Stripe payment platform, one of the world's most trusted payment service providers. Stripe holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification — the highest security standard in the payments industry.
What does this mean for you?
- Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and never reach our web-store servers.
- Every transaction is protected by TLS 1.2 or later encryption, in accordance with PCI DSS 4.0 requirements.
- 3D Secure (SCA — Strong Customer Authentication) ensures two-step verification in compliance with the EU PSD2 directive, where required by the bank.
- Stripe's real-time fraud prevention system (Stripe Radar) monitors all transactions.
Our online store automatically displays prices and issues invoices in the currency corresponding to your country. There is no need to select a currency — it is determined by your country setting. The main accepted currencies are: HUF, EUR, PLN, RON, GBP, BGN, CZK, SEK, DKK, NOK, CHF.
Payment is always processed in the currency in which prices are displayed on the website. The price shown on the website is the final amount payable — we do not charge any hidden fees or surcharges.
An electronic invoice is issued for every successful order via the Billingo invoicing system.
- For card payments, the invoice is issued automatically once the payment has been confirmed.
- For bank transfers, a proforma invoice is sent when the order is placed; the final invoice is issued once the payment is received.
- For cash-on-delivery payments, the invoice is issued when the parcel is dispatched.
The invoice is available in the order-confirmation e-mail and in the My Account / My Orders section.
Company invoicing and EU VAT number
If you require a company invoice, please enter the company name, registered address and tax number in the billing details during checkout. Businesses registered in another EU Member State may request the application of reverse charge by providing a valid EU VAT number, in which case VAT will not be charged on the invoice — in accordance with Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC. The validity of the VAT number is verified automatically via the VIES system.
In the event of withdrawal or a substantiated complaint, the refund may be processed by one of the following methods:
- Bank transfer: to the bank account you have provided.
- Wallet credit: to your account balance in our online store, which may be used for any future purchase. Wallet credit originating from a refund does not expire. Please note that the expiry conditions of wallet balances are set out in Section 12.4 of the Terms and Conditions — in particular with regard to amounts credited from gift cards.
Typical refund processing times:
- Card payments: typically credited by the card-issuing bank within 5–10 business days.
- Bank transfer: typically 1–3 business days.
- Wallet credit: instant.
In the event of withdrawal, the Seller initiates the refund within the statutory period set out in Section 14 of the Terms and Conditions. The Seller accepts no responsibility for any processing time required by the bank or the payment service provider.

If your card payment is unsuccessful, we will notify you by e-mail and send you a link to retry the payment. Using this link, you do not need to place the order again — you will be taken directly back to the payment step.
If you notice an unauthorised charge on your card account, you may take either of the following steps:
- contact our customer service directly, which usually results in a faster resolution;
- or initiate a chargeback procedure with your card-issuing bank.
Under the rules of the card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), a chargeback may be initiated within a specified period from the transaction — your issuing bank can provide detailed information in this regard. Under the EU PSD2 directive, your consumer rights are protected throughout this procedure.
During payment transactions, your card details are processed by Stripe Technology Europe, Limited (registered office: 1 Wilton Park, Wilton Place, Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 FX04, Ireland) acting as a data processor. Within the scope of intra-group data transfers, certain data may be forwarded to Stripe, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) — in particular for fraud prevention purposes via the Stripe Radar system. Data transfers between the EU and the USA are carried out on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) adequacy decision, adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023. Stripe's DPF compliance status can be verified at dataprivacyframework.gov.

Our online store currently operates under a small-business tax exemption, therefore VAT is not charged on prices. The invoice bears the designation 'VAT exemption for small enterprises' in accordance with the applicable Hungarian tax legislation.

Yes, bank transfer is available in all countries. After placing your order, you will receive all the necessary details for the transfer via email and on the order confirmation page:
- Beneficiary name
- Bank name
- Account number
- IBAN
- SWIFT/BIC code
- Bank address
- Reference (order number)
- Amount due
Please always include the order number in the transfer reference to ensure smooth processing. Please complete the transfer within 3 business days of placing your order—after this period, the order may be automatically canceled. For bank transfers, we will first send a payment request; the final invoice will be issued once the amount is credited.
Yes. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe, an internationally recognized payment service provider that holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification—the highest security standard in the payment industry. Your credit card information is never transmitted to our online store's servers in any form: your card number is processed exclusively by Stripe's encrypted system. The transaction is protected by TLS 1.2 or later encryption, and in accordance with the European Union's PSD2 directive, strong customer authentication (3D Secure / SCA) provided by the bank is also activated for eligible transactions.
If you notice an unauthorized charge on your card statement, please contact our customer service first—this usually results in a faster resolution. At the same time or afterward, you are entitled to initiate a chargeback procedure with your card-issuing bank. Your bank can provide detailed information about the exact terms and deadlines for chargebacks.
