There are three main ways to reach us: (1) If you are a registered user, you can open a support ticket in your account, where you can track the entire conversation. (2) You can send an email to hello@multiviewdigital.com. (3) You can fill out the contact form on the Contact page, where you can select the purpose of your inquiry (e.g., general inquiry, volume discount, complaint, billing). We respond within 24 hours via all channels.

We respond within 24 hours across all channels—whether via a support ticket, email, or contact form. During periods of high volume, the response time may be up to 48 hours. Our customer service is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central European Time).

As a registered user, you can open a support ticket in your account dashboard. In the ticket system, you can track the entire communication thread, attach files, and receive email notifications for every response. By specifying the category and priority of your inquiry, we can handle your request more quickly and efficiently.

On the contact form, you can choose from the following options: general inquiry, volume discount, feedback, account management, complaint, order modification, billing, and other topics. You can attach up to 3 files to the form (max. 5 MB each; accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX), and you can specify whether you'd like a response via email, phone, or both.

You can initiate the consultation directly in the „Business and Wholesale Inquiries” section on the Contact page — the button automatically selects the „Volume Discount” topic on the form. Alternatively, you can open a support ticket from your account under the „Business / Wholesale” category. Our team will review your inquiry, and if the conditions are met, we will prepare a customised offer based on your needs.

Our customer service is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central European Time, CET). We are closed on weekends and public holidays. On the Contact page, the opening hours are automatically displayed in your local time zone.

The legal basis for data processing depends on the method of inquiry. If you fill out the contact form as a private individual, data processing is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you provide when filling out the form—you may withdraw your consent at any time. If you are writing on behalf of a company or organisation, the personal data provided (name, email address) is considered contact information: the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of both the client organisation and the Seller (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), in which case you, as the contact person, have the right to object. Email correspondence is also based on legitimate interest, for the purpose of maintaining contact. We process the data exclusively for the purpose of handling the inquiry and providing customer support; the retention period is 365 days. You can find the details in the Privacy Notice.
