The Millennial Smart Gastro convection steam oven by Tecnoeka was designed for the food service industry. It features a smaller cooking chamber equipped with rails for 5 600x400 mm trays. The oven is controlled electromechanically using 3 knobs. Food can be prepared in dry, hot air or with 5-level steam. Steam is generated by direct water spray. The door is equipped with an opening lock at 60°, 90°, 120°, and 180° to prevent operator burns caused by uncontrolled door movement after opening. Double-glazed doors and LED lighting make it easy to monitor the baking process. The outer glass pane of the oven is gravity-cooled for increased safety. The door is hinged on the right side. The convenient opening of the inner door glass makes cleaning easier. The door gasket is made of thick, high-temperature-resistant silicone. It is mounted in the oven housing and can be easily replaced by the user without the need to call for service. The oven housing is insulated, which saves electricity and ensures greater safety. A drip tray under the door prevents condensed steam from dripping, especially during mixed and steam cooking. The oven cavity is made of high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. The stamped baking chamber has rounded corners, which makes cleaning the oven easier. The protection rating is IPX4. Adjustable feet allow for perfect leveling of the oven. Connection to electricity, treated water, and sewage is required.
