The Tecnoeka holding chamber is used to keep cooked dishes at a sufficiently high temperature of up to 85˚C. The unit features a PRE-HEATING function, which allows for rapid heating of the chamber. The chamber is compatible with Millennial Black Mask / Touch Screen ovens and can accommodate 10 trays measuring 600x400 mm. It is made of the highest quality AISI 430 steel. NOTE: Additional connecting elements are required to connect to the proofing cabinet.
