The Tecnoeka oven is the perfect solution for food service establishments such as pizzerias, restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries, or restaurant kitchens. The oven is programmable and can store up to 50 recipes in its memory. It is designed for one 600 x 400 mm baking sheet. It is equipped with an intuitive touchscreen control panel. The temperature is adjustable within the range of 30–350°C. The steaming system makes the oven suitable even for a wide variety of sophisticated baked goods. The oven chamber is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. The protection rating is IPX3. The oven is equipped with 6 heating elements. To create a functional set, the unit can be combined with the MKLM1064 proofing chamber (sold separately).
