The Royal Catering food dehydrator allows you to produce healthy, dried delicacies in a restaurant, bar, or store. Removing water through drying ensures that fruits, vegetables, herbs, fish, and meat have a significantly longer shelf life. The 600-liter chamber features 24 removable stainless steel racks, providing enough space to dry up to 90 kg of food at once. Thanks to 5850 W of power, the heating element quickly reaches the desired temperature within the range of 40 to 90°C. It also maintains a constant temperature thanks to the temperature control system. The 360-degree hot air circulation system ensures that heat is distributed evenly inside the dehydrator. This also makes it suitable for refreshing food. Setting the temperature and timer (up to 15 hours) is intuitive and user-friendly thanks to the knob located on the front. The chamber, housing, and trays are made of stainless steel, making them easy to clean and extremely durable. The tempered glass front allows you to monitor the drying process at any time without having to open the door.
