The 15 cm-high legs have a 3 cm adjustment range for better stability. The large base cabinet provides ample space for kitchen utensils and other items. The sturdy stainless steel housing is highly durable and easy to clean. The pasta machine has a power rating of 18 kW and is powered by a three-phase electrical connection with a voltage of 400 V. Precise temperature control allows for optimal pasta preparation. An integrated overheating protection ensures safe operation. The temperature is adjustable within the range of 30–100°C. Easy filling and draining are possible thanks to a faucet, an inlet hose in the cabinet, and a drain with a ZG 1/2 connection. The pasta cooker belongs to the Pro 73 series; with a depth of 73 cm, it is compatible with many other kitchen appliances in this series, offering a wide range of configuration options. Six pasta baskets and two separate water containers measuring 30 x 45 x 17 cm allow you to prepare different quantities of pasta simultaneously. The minimum and maximum water level markings are clearly visible. The baskets help portion the pasta according to the customer’s preference.
