The POM handles are perfectly balanced and directly connected to the tang with stainless steel rivets. The handles feature a BACTIPROOF SILVER® coating that minimizes bacterial buildup. It offers enhanced heat resistance. The ball-point grind prevents food from sticking to the blade. This knife is not dishwasher safe.
