The TRON 200 multifunctional welder enables efficient and safe metal joining using MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA, or FCAW methods. Operating modes are easily selected, and you can quickly switch between them thanks to the powerful IGBT inverter. The result: virtually flawless, high-quality welds. The device features 10 work programs; to set them up, simply define your own presets and save them. This means you don’t have to re-enter welding parameters every time. The welder will save all settings. The clearly visible control panel allows you to select all parameters. The knob and buttons used to select functions are easily accessible even when wearing welding gloves. The intuitive menu allows for hassle-free adjustment of welding parameters. The selected values are displayed on a clear LED display. In MIG/MAGwelding, gases protect the weld—in MIG welding, these are inert gases, and in MAG welding, active gases. This method allows for fast and efficient welding. The wire feeder has a speed of 2 to 14 m/min and is designed for wires with a diameter of 0.6 to 1 mm. For MIG welding, you can use a spool holder (not included in the set) to feed the welding wire directly into the torch. Thanks to the synergy function, you can optimally set all parameters during MIG/MAG welding. You can select a welding current in the range from 50 to 200 A, and the welder will automatically set the remaining parameters, such as welding voltage and wire feed speed. TIG - welding metals with a narrow heat-affected zone and minimal rework The TIG method in the TRON 200 utilizes Liftarc ignition to activate the arc. This ensures that sensitive electronic devices in the vicinity, such as cell phones, computers, or control systems, are not exposed to external factors. Does the tungsten tip break off and cause ignition problems? Thanks to this process, you can forget about it—even with long hose assemblies. TIG welding is suitable for welding most metals with a thickness of 1 mm or greater. You’ll work with minimal sparks and spatter, in any position. The result: high-quality, clean welds and almost no distortion. If you want to weld outdoors in strong winds, choose electric arc welding (MMA). This method works without the use of additional gas. The welder generates a very stable current—ideal for achieving good welding results. The Arc Force and Anti Stick functions activate automatically and enable comfortable welding. FCAW involves creating welds using welding wire—without additional gas. This makes the method very useful—ideal for small outdoor repairs.
