A universal aluminum welder for alternating current (AC) or direct current (DC) with a welding thickness of 0.5–5 mm allows you to weld aluminum, steel, stainless steel, or copper. Selecting all welding parameters and a welding current of up to 200 A is very easy on the clear control panel. All values can be checked on the LCD display, which comes pre-installed with English, German, French, and Swedish. This allows you to achieve precise welding results. The modern IGBT inverter allows you to quickly switch between TIG DC, TIG AC, and MMA welding methods. With a current of up to 200 A, you can easily weld most metals regardless of the conditions. The pulse function allows you to achieve optimal welding results. Pulse frequency adjustment up to 200 Hz enables arc stabilization even under difficult conditions. The welder features numerous pulse function parameters, such as start, base, and end currents. These can be optimally adjusted to the workpiece via the control panel. The ergonomic design of the welding torch allows for work in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead. The aluminum welder enables high-quality welds with fewer sparks or spatter. The modern IGBT inverter allows for easy adjustment of all parameters, whether switching from AC to DC or selecting 2- or 4-stroke operation. The MMA method allows for outdoor welding, even in strong winds. With a constant current, you can achieve excellent welding results on various metals, such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel, or copper. The best results are achieved thanks to the Hot Start and Arc Force functions. The Hot Start function provides a brief increase in welding current at the start of the welding process, allowing you to work reliably and cleanly right from the start. The Arc Force function adjusts the arc to suit the material being welded and the desired weld density. Use the included electrode holder for electrodes with a diameter of 1.6–4 mm.
