 The Millennial Touch Screen Gastro convection steam oven 7x GN 1/1 is a modern electric appliance. Thanks to its performance and reliability, it is ideal for virtually all cooking and baking applications. It ensures even heat distribution thanks to fans and excellent moisture retention thanks to the steam function. Thanks to Tecnoeka’s patented systems, it delivers the highest quality of baking. The housing and chamber are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; the chamber is stamped with rounded corners for easy cleaning. The oven features glazed, ventilated, and gravity-fed 2-layer doors. The hinges on the right side, with a lock at 60°, 90°, 120°, and 180° opening angles, ensure safe operation. The oven is equipped with a drip tray for condensate with a drain in the door. It holds 7 GN 1/1 pans (not included), the distance between the guides is 68 mm.
The oven Airflowlogictrade – An innovative solution involving a complete redesign of the deflector (fan cover). The result of this modification is improved air circulation, which ensures optimal cooking results across every level and in every part of a GN container or 600×400 mm baking sheet. Humilogictrade  – A new humidification system that supplies water directly from the fan. It ensures a high level of humidity and significantly lower water consumption. In this system, steam reaches the interior of the cooked dishes, which enhances their natural flavor and aroma.
