The Tecnoeka holding chamberis designed to keep cooked dishes at a sufficiently high temperature of up to 85˚C. The unit features a PRE-HEATING function, which allows for rapid heating of the chamber. The chamber is compatible with Millennial Black Mask / Touch Screen ovens and holds 12 GN1/1 trays. It is made of the highest quality AISI 430 stainless steel. NOTE: Additional connecting elements are required to connect to the proofing cabinet.
