Both the housing and the oven chamber are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The oven features double-paned glass doors that open from the top. The chamber holds 4 baking sheets measuring 429x345x9 mm. The baking sheets are made of aluminum and are included in the set. The distance between the guides is 74 mm. The oven heats up to temperatures ranging from 100°C to 260°C and has 1 fan without auto-reverse. There is no humidification option. The device features overheating protection and cooling of the control elements. The chamber is equipped with LED lighting.
