It ensures even heat distribution thanks to its fans. The oven housing and chamber are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Sturdy L-shaped rails allow for the placement of 4 GN 1/1 pans (not included). The distance between the guides is 73 mm. The oven door is glazed, double-paned, gravity-ventilated, and opens from the top. The two fans are auto-reversing, with 2 speeds (main and reduced). The oven features a modern control panel with color icons. Humidification is direct, 10-stage, and electronically controlled. The control elements are cooled. The unit is equipped with a preheating function up to 180°C. The oven is programmable, with 99 programs, each consisting of 4 steps. The temperature is adjustable within the range 30–260°C.
