The convection steam oven from the Italian brand EKA, part of the Evolution New series, is a heating appliance designed for efficient operation in professional catering, particularly in open kitchens, cafes, bars, and cafeterias. The slim version (width 55 cm) saves space in small areas, such as a gas station. The chamber is made entirely of high-grade stainless steel AISI 304. The oven features direct steam injection, and via the touchscreen, it can be individually programmed for direct heat treatment using up to 99 programs. The control panel allows you to set the temperature from 30°C to 270°C, the baking time, and the steam level in the range from 0% to 100%. Steam is generated in the chamber by spraying water directly onto the fan, and the temperature inside the chamber is controlled by a digital probe. The oven features a manual chamber preheating function Pre-heating and a delayed start function for up to 24 hours. The device is manufactured in accordance with all HoReCa requirements and standards. Additionally, it is equipped with a semi-automatic cleaning option, and removable GN container guides ensure convenience and efficiency of use,
