The convection steam oven from the Italian brand EKA, part of the Evolution New series, is a heating appliance designed for efficient operation in professional food service, particularly in open kitchens, cafes, bars, and cafeterias. The slim version (width 55 cm) saves space in small areas, such as a gas station. The chamber is made entirely of high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. The oven features direct water injection, and the manual controller allows you to set the temperature from 100°C to 270°C, cooking time, and steam level with a 5-step adjustment from 0% to 100%. Control is via ergonomic knobs located on the oven door. Steam is generated in the chamber by direct water spray onto the fan, and the temperature inside the chamber is controlled by a digital probe. The unit is manufactured in accordance with all HoReCa requirements and standards. Removable GN container guides ensure convenience and efficiency of use.
