The Stamos Germany plasma cutter is ideal for plasma cutting in auto repair shops, commercial metalworking companies, and industrial manufacturing. In addition, the plasma cutter also supports DIY enthusiasts in demanding renovation and repair projects. A clear control panel with a LED screen and a pressure gauge displays the set parameters. The plasma cutting current is adjustable from 20 to 50 A using a knob. All values are shown on a clear LED display. At maximum power settings, the plasma cutter cuts materials up to 15 mm thick. You can control the air pressure using a regulator equipped with a lock. This prevents accidental changes in compressed air pressure. You can read the current value on the integrated pressure gauge. Thanks to the optimally selected combination of air pressure and current, you will achieve clean cuts with high precision. The IGBT inverter not only provides a high-power voltage output thanks to PWM technology, but also reduces weight and dimensions to a minimum. The torch is ignited using high frequency, allowing you to cut grates and gratings with a pilot arc. To prevent oxidation or deformation of the workpiece after cutting, select a gas flow time of 5 or 10 s. The air flow additionally cools the torch and prevents damage to it. The base unit is equipped with a powerful fan that prevents overheating.
