The Sammic Turbo immersion blender is designed for blending and chopping food in containers with a capacity of up to 800 liters. It is suitable for use in high-capacity kitchens and even in the food industry. The 600 mm-long arm is made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel. The mixer can move in various directions, is height-adjustable, and is mounted on a cart with 4 non-slip casters, including 2 with brakes. A safety lever allows for locking the arm with one hand. Easily accessible, waterproof, tilting control panel. Two-speed settings: 750 and 1500 rpm. Blender with a built-in timer up to 60 minutes. The turbine, cover, disc, and attachment are easily removable and dishwasher-safe. A safety microswitch prevents the turbine from operating when the arm is too high or too low. Electrical cords are hidden in the cart frame. For use with 3 optional and easily interchangeable mixing screens (not included).
