The Royal Catering brewing kettle is a commercial appliance designed for brewing beer at home. It is the perfect choice for all enthusiasts of brewing and tasting beer, ranging from light and dark varieties to wheat beers. It was designed primarily for home use. Its modern electronics make it easy to use for both beginners and experienced brewers.
60-liter capacity and efficient heating elements with a total power of 3000 W (1200 + 1800 W). They heat the mixture very quickly to the desired temperature within the range of 10–100°C. This temperature can then be maintained at a specific level for a sufficiently long time (timer 0–180 min). The tank features a scale allowing you to set a specific volume. The boiler has an intuitive touch panel with an LCD screen. Through it, you can set the temperature, time, manual mode or automatic mode, memory settings, etc. The display shows the current operating parameters. Another great feature is the magnetic drive pump.
You can choose between manual and automatic modes. In automatic mode, thanks to advanced electronics, the equipment allows you to use nine programmable beer production steps. In addition, the device also has a memory capable of storing nine recipes. The modern circuit board, responsible for the device’s advanced functions and memory, is located in the lower section and protected by a sealed flap. The drain valve is equipped with a mesh filter that effectively traps sediment. The boiler is closed with a transparent lid made of tempered glass, characterized by high durability and resistance to high temperatures and breakage.
