The 150 cm wide refrigerated top unit makes it easy to access the necessary ingredients while preparing meals. The display case is designed to hold 7 GN 1/4 containers. This allows you to store various products simultaneously. The total capacity of the unit is 44 L.
The unit is equipped with a steel doorthat protects food from contamination. The unit itself is also made of stainless steel, which is characterized by durability and corrosion resistance. Thanks to its smooth surface, it is easy to clean. The unit also features rubber feet that ensure stability.
Proper cooling is provided by R600a refrigerant. It ensures not only the right temperature but also energy efficiency. Proper distribution of the refrigerant is ensured by a built-in fan. The 115 W compressor allows the required temperature to be reached quickly. The cooling level ranging from 2 to 10°C is set using a digital thermostat.
The automatic defrost function runs every 6 hours, saving you valuable time. In exceptional situations, the process can be started manually.
