Made entirely of stainless steel, it features two separate chambers with taps for draining water and independent temperature controls. This design allows you to prepare dishes with different flavors simultaneously, using one chamber for cooking and the other at a different temperature to keep ready-made dishes warm.
The baskets are made of fine-mesh steel, allowing for the cooking of very fine and thin pasta such as spaghetti, tortellini, or tagliatelle.
The water containers are covered with a lid featuring openings for the baskets WHICH SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCES STEAMING AND WATER LOSS.
