Three built-in drain valves allow for convenient emptying of the tank. The unit is constructed from high-quality stainless steel. It features a 3 x 6.5 L container and 4 round baskets with fine mesh, each measuring 12.5 x 11 cm in diameter. An additional GN 1/3 container keeps the cooked pasta warm.
