The pasta cooker is available with a I3B/P(50) gas connection, and additional injectors are included in the scope of delivery. If necessary, the model can be adapted for natural gas or LPG. Precise temperature control allows for optimal pasta preparation. An integrated flame failure device ensures safe operation. Easy filling and draining are made possible by a tap at the front, a supply hose in the cabinet, and a drain with a ZG 1/2 connection. The unit belongs to the Pro 730 series and, with a depth of 73 cm, is compatible with many other kitchen appliances in this series. This offers a wide range of configuration options. Four pasta baskets and two separate water containers measuring 30 x 45 x 17 cm allow you to prepare different quantities of pasta simultaneously. The minimum and maximum water level markings are clearly visible. The baskets help portion the pasta according to the customer’s preference.
