The dehydrator has a power rating of 1000 W, allowing it to quickly reach an operating temperature of 40–90°C. Power is adjusted using a dial. The timer allows for unattended operation for up to 15 hours. The large chamber capacity allows for the simultaneous drying of a large quantity of items, which can be arranged on 10 perforated racks made of stainless steel. The device’s housing is also made of stainless steel, which is highly durable. 4 silicone mats prevent food from sticking to the trays and allow you to dry moist fruits such as bananas and strawberries.
