The Royal Catering food dehydrator is perfect for both home kitchens and professional use in the food service industry, agritourism farms, and for drying mushrooms, fruits, vegetables, herbs, meat, or fish.
The dehydrator has a power rating of 1500 W, allowing it to quickly reach an operating temperature of 40–90°C. Power is adjusted using a dial. The timer allows for unattended operation for up to 15 hours. The large chamber capacity allows for the simultaneous drying of a large quantity of items, which can be arranged on 16 perforated racks made of stainless steel. The device’s housing is also made of stainless steel, which is highly durable. 6 silicone mats prevent food from sticking to the trays, allowing you to dry moist fruits such as bananas and strawberries.
