The Royal Catering illuminated gas rotisserie for chicken with rotating skewers stands out for its energy-efficient technology, thanks to the use of an innovative honeycomb-structured ceramic infrared burner. This minimizes gas consumption, and thanks to 5 x 5 kW of power, it enables efficient heat generation, allowing you to prepareup to 5 chickens or 5 kg of meat on 5 independently controlled 75 cm-long skewers. To achieve evenly tender results and a crispy skin, the distance between the rotisserie and the burner can be individually adjusted. A robust motor with metal gears and a cooling fan for the most important components ensure reliable operation. Safe, durable, and well-designed: the gas chicken rotisserie The chicken rotisserie guarantees safe operation thanks to an integrated gas valve with a thermocouple, which reliably prevents the flame from going out. High-quality materials, including a sturdy stainless steel housing and a removable tempered glass door, ensure hygiene, durability, and resistance to corrosion and external factors. The chicken grill is factory-configured for connection to I3B/P(50) gas, but can be easily converted to LPG or natural gas using the included injector kits. Thanks to four 3-inch (7.6 cm) wheels, you can easily place the unit anywhere. The sturdy construction and parking brakes ensure stability.
