The Royal Catering smoker is ideal for professional use in restaurants, inns, hotels, and agritourism farms. The device is designed for continuous operation. The timer can be set within a range of 0–120 min. An audible alarm signals when the set time has elapsed. The temperature is adjustable within the range of 0–100°C, which allows for hot, warm, and cold smoking. Included accessories: hooks and racks allow for vertical and horizontal smoking. Wood chips are added through an opening on the outside, without having to open the door. Burnt ash falls into a container under the bowl, and dripping fat into a drip tray. The unit is made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and high temperatures.
