The 5400 W heating element allows the unit to quickly reach an operating temperature ranging from 50 to 300°C. The temperature is adjusted using convenient knobs. The cooking surface is made of chrome-plated steel and quickly transfers heat from the heating elements to the food. The sturdy plate measures 33.5 x 55 cm and is grooved. The splash guard protects grilled food from wind and heat loss and prevents food from falling or fat from splattering.
