Powerful 4400 W heating elements allow the unit to quickly reach an operating temperature range of 50–300°C, which can be set using convenient knobs. The griddle is made of cast iron. It quickly transfers heat from the heating element to the food while maintaining a high temperature for a long time. The 10 mm thick griddle measures 727 x 420 mm. The smooth surface also allows you to fry sunny-side-up eggs or pancakes. The grill is equipped with a splash guard that effectively protects the walls and surroundings from grease splatters. The housing of the commercial grill plate is made of high-quality stainless steel and is therefore particularly corrosion-resistant, food-safe, and easy to maintain. Easy cleaning also ensures effective grease removal. The electric grill features a removable drawer connected to a drainage system, into which excess grease from frying drains.
