The Royal Catering contact grill is ideal for restaurants, fast-food outlets, bars, cafeterias, and home use. It allows you to prepare cutlets, burgers, sandwiches, paninis, tortillas, and grilled vegetables. The appliance has a power rating of 1800 W. A green indicator light shows that the grill is on; the orange light turns off when the set temperature is reached. The appliance is made of scratch-resistant stainless steel, and the two grill plates are made of cast iron. This material conducts heat perfectly. The top plate is height-adjustable. The grooved surface leaves a distinctive mark on steaks, bread, or other foods, while the smooth bottom surface is ideal for paninis, eggs, or pancakes. The temperature is adjustable within the range of 50–300°C. The built-in thermostat automatically maintains the heating level at a set value.
