The powerful heating elements operate at 2 x 2200 W, allowing the unit to quickly reach an operating temperature range of 50–300°C, adjustable via knobs. The high-performance steel grill plate quickly transfers heat from the heating elements to the food and retains it. The 10 mm thick plate measures 730 x 400 mm. Thanks to its smooth surface, it is easy to clean and very hygienic. The plate features a splash guard that protects walls and the surrounding area from splattering grease. The appliance housing is made of high-quality stainless steel, making it particularly corrosion-resistant and food-safe. The grill plate includes a grease tray. The drip tray can be easily removed and cleaned. Stability is ensured by non-slip feet that do not scratch the work surface.
