The Royal Catering grill plate is perfect for restaurants, bars, buffets, fast-food outlets, catering, food trucks, and festivals. It is ideal for grilling meat, skewers, sausages, eggs, pancakes, and French toast.
The unit features a dual-surface grill, part smooth and part grooved, allowing you to prepare a variety of dishes. The grooved section is ideal for meats; the grooves drain fat and other liquids from the food, creating a distinctive pattern.
The large 40x60 cm surface allows you to prepare multiple servings at once. Two heating elements with a power of 2x 3200W allow for quick attainment of the operating temperature, which can be set separately for each plate within the range of 50–300°C.
The grease drainage system for used oil ensures easy cleaning and makes the food healthier. The unit features a used oil drawer that is easy to empty. Rims on the sides and back of the unit prevent splashing. The housing is made of stainless steel that is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage, retains its shine, and is ideal for contact with food. A built-in safety fuse protects against overheating. Non-slip feet ensure stability.
