The Royal Catering electric grill plate impresses with low smoke emissions and a hygienic, very clean operation. The electric grill is suitable for use in commercial kitchens, ranging from restaurants and snack bars to food trucks or catering events. Underneath the unit is a spacious cabinet for pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils, which will be protected from dust. Thanks to two 5400 W heating elements, the griddle quickly reaches an operating temperature of 50 to 300°C. It is adjusted using convenient knobs. The cooking surface is made of chrome-plated steel and quickly transfers heat from the heating elements to the food. The sturdy grill plate measures 73.5 x 55 cm and is partly smooth and partly grooved, making it versatile. The splash guard protects grilled food from wind and heat loss and prevents food from falling or fat from splattering. Height-adjustable legs ensure a stable position even on uneven ground. The grill housing is made of high-quality stainless steel, making it particularly corrosion-resistant, food-safe, and easy to clean. The double grill plate features a removable tray that catches the fat rendered during cooking. A special drip tray ensures it drains away easily. The tray can be easily removed and washed.
