The shelf has a very smooth surface, making it easy to wipe away dust and grease. The shelves can be removed and thoroughly cleaned. Water with a mild detergent is sufficient for cleaning. Smooth edges enhance safety during use. Shelf height adjustment is possible thanks to 3 mounting rails.
