The Royal Catering heating plate is ideal for use in catering establishments such as buffets, cafeterias, hotels, restaurants, and catering events to keep food warm in GN containers, on plates, or in serving bowls.
The unit has a power rating of 240 W, which allows the 62 x 35 cm heating plate to heat up quickly to the desired temperature. An automatic thermostat maintains the temperature at the selected level within the range of 60–105°C. The tempered glass heating surface and stainless steel housing are well-suited for intensive use. Non-slip feet ensure the device remains stable.
