30 L capacity bain-marie with a built-in glass cover effectively maintains the temperature of a large number of dishes using a water bath. The set includes GN 1/2 containers (5 pcs.), which allow you to heat several dishes at the same time. The device is also compatible with various types of GN containers with a maximum height of 100 mm (available for purchase in our store).
The use of a water bath protects the heated food from burning, and the design of the containers allows for efficient heat exchange. A powerful 2200 W heating element quickly heats the water to a range of 30–80°C. Meanwhile, a modern thermostat maintains the temperature at the desired level. This ensures optimal energy consumption without the risk of high costs.
The unit and GN containers are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. Additionally, it does not react with food, which guarantees health safety. The steel is also easy to clean, and the GN containers are dishwasher-safe. For added convenience, a tap has been installed to quickly drain the water tank.
Food safety is ensured by a glass cover and container lids, which protect the food from dirt. In addition, rubber feet ensure stability and prevent the appliance from slipping. The bain-marie also features a clear display showing the current temperature and 3 indicator lights showing the operating status.
