This Royal Catering deep fryer is perfect for restaurants, fast-food establishments, snack bars, food trucks, and similar venues. It is ideal for frying meat, fish, vegetables, french fries, mushrooms, onion rings, and cheese sticks.
The unit’s chamber has a capacity of 13 L and holds 6.5–9.5 L of oil. The deep fryer features a temperature range of 60–200°C, allowing you to fry both fresh and frozen products. The built-in thermostat maintains the desired temperature and saves energy. The high power of 3200 W allows for high frying performance in a short time. A cool zone at the bottom of the tank prevents food from burning. The built-in drain valve helps empty the tank. The fryer is made of stainless steel that is corrosion-resistant, mechanically durable, retains its shine, and is food-safe. Safety is ensured by an overheat protection fuse and a special button that stops operation and tilts the heating element. The basket handle does not get hot, and the basket can be hung on the fryer using a hook. Rubber non-slip feet ensure the stability of the appliance.
