The Royal Catering electric adjustable deep fryer, thanks to its powerful 3200W heating element, can quickly fry French fries, meat, fish, or onion rings. A thermostat controlled by a convenient knob maintains the temperature at the correct level (50–200°C). Indicator lights allow you to quickly check if the oil has heated up.
The fryer is equipped with an 8-liter capacity chamber, which holds up to 4 liters of oil. Additionally, there is a so-called cold zone at the bottom of the tank. Thanks to this, leftover fried food does not burn, ensuring excellent taste and quality of the dishes. User safety is ensured by a system that turns off the heating element when the lid is tilted backward. Furthermore, a safety fuse has been installed to protect against overheating of the appliance. 
The stainless steel construction ensures that the fryer is resistant to mechanical damage and corrosion. The steel is also safe for your health, as it does not react with food. Rubber feet keep the appliance stable during operation and prevent it from scratching the work surface.
The set includes a basket equipped with a heat-resistant handle to protect against burns. The basket can be easily hung by a special hook to allow fried foods to drain excess oil. The deep fryer also has a lid that protects the interior from splatters. The basket and lid are dishwasher safe.
