The operating temperature range is 30–110°C. The energy-efficient heater operates at a power of 230 W. Two independent switches ensure easy operation. The tower, auger, and bowl are made of stainless steel. This material is characterized by low susceptibility to permanent staining and mechanical damage. The adjustable feet of the liquid chocolate fountain allow the RCCF-230W to be leveled and also dampen and absorb vibrations. The device is very quiet during operation.
