The Royal Catering donut frying machine will effectively streamline operations in bakeries, donut shops, pastry shops, and supermarkets.
The machine is designed for portioning, shaping, frying, and turning large quantities of donuts. The entire process is fully automated. The machine has a high capacity, up to 900 donuts per hour. There are three sizes to choose from: small (4–5 cm diameter), medium (6–7 cm), and large (8–9 cm). A 6-liter oil tank ensures even frying, and a spout makes it easy to drain the oil. The right amount of shaped dough drops from the dispenser into the heated oil. A conveyor belt moves the doughnuts, and a special mechanism flips them over. The finished pastries are transferred to a tray (not included). The machine forms a maximum of two doughnuts at a time. The most important parts of the machine are made of stainless steel. The device features overheating protection. Adjustable feet ensure stability.
