The temperature is set within a range of 60–240°C using the knobs. 2 burners with a diameter of 16–30 cm have a power of 8500 W (1 x 5000 W and 1 x 3500 W). This allows the cooktop to reach operating temperature in the shortest possible time. The cooktop is suitable for pots and pans weighing 25 kg. The unit is designed for continuous use in the HoReCa sector, e.g., in restaurants and hotels. The cooktop housing is made of stainless steel—perfectly meeting the high hygiene standards of the food service industry. The material is also easy to clean, durable, and corrosion-resistant. There is also additional storage space under the hob. Thanks to the open design, you can store large pots, pans, and other utensils there.
