The Royal Catering induction cooktop is ideal for a wide range of culinary applications. It can save up to 50% of cooking time and is more efficient than standard electric and gas cooktops. A current-carrying coil beneath the cooking surface generates an alternating magnetic field. This heats pots and pans, while the cooking surface itself remains cool. The temperature can be set up to 260°C using the convenient knobs on the front of the cooktop. Two cooking zones with diameters of 16–30 cm heat with a power of 8500 W and allow the operating temperature to be reached in a very short time. The hot plates can accommodate pots and pans weighing up to 25 kg. The unit’s housing is made of stainless steel, ideal for the high hygiene standards in the food service industry. It is durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. There is storage space under the hot plate. The open design can easily accommodate large pots, pans, or other kitchen accessories.
