Water is used as a heat transfer medium, so heat is optimally transferred to the food, which cannot burn, because the water bath never reaches the boiling point of water.
The digital control panel ensures easy and intuitive operation, and the water temperature can be smoothly adjusted within a range of 30–95°C.  The LCD display shows the current and set temperatures, and an efficient and precise thermostat ensures the desired temperature is maintained.
