An eco-friendly workshop washer with a closed-loop cleaning fluid system that meets high quality standards. It is suitable for use in car service centers, repair shops, and renovation facilities, as well as anywhere where the manufacturing process requires degreasing and surface cleaning of products. The parts or tool washer is made of high-quality steel and protected with durable anti-corrosion powder coating, making it extremely durable and highly resistant to mechanical damage.
How the washer works:
The cleaning fluid located in the lower part of the tank is fed by an electric flow pump through a hose ending in a through-type brush onto the object being cleaned (e.g., an engine part). The liquid flowing through the brush dissolves and washes away greasy contaminants adhering to the item being cleaned. Heavier compounds settle at the bottom of the tank, while the cleaning fluid (being lighter) returns to the circulation. The cleaning fluid circulation is closed.

• - a 120-centimeter-long cleaning hose,
• - the hose connection has a diameter of 1/2 inch,
• - 3-meter power cord
• - flow brush: tip diameter F8 / bristle base diameter F35 / bristle length 55 mm,
• - hard or soft brush bristles - please specify in your order which brush you would like us to install,
• - required fluid capacity: 60 liters.

Additional options for the PRO-LINE 800 model (these accessories can only be purchased together with the washer):

• - foot switch to control the washer with a 1 m cable

Additional options can only be ordered at the same time as the washer. They cannot be purchased separately at a later time because the washer does not come standard with mounting holes or sockets for connecting additional accessories.
