The MSW brand styrofoam knife is ideal for cutting building insulation and ETICS systems, as well as for cutting recesses for cables or pipes, socket holes, window reveals, and for precision tasks in model making and more. This high-performance cutter can be used in both construction and retail. It is reliable, safe to operate, and ensures comfortable working conditions. To achieve precise edges, the thermal knife melts the material at the cutting point. Simply set the temperature to one of 16 levels up to 500°C. After a short heating period, the blade can easily be guided across materials such as expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), polyethylene, polypropylene, and other thermoplastics. The hot knife can also be used in the warehouse to cut or shape Styrofoam panels so that goods can be packed accurately and safely into boxes. The ergonomic handle allows for comfortable one-handed operation, and the long cable (3 m) ensures freedom of movement while working. The device is also exceptionally compact, lightweight, and features a hanging loop. This comes in handy when you need to use both hands. The included blades are flexible and easy to replace. In addition to the Styrofoam knife, the set includes a wide range of accessories: 2 straight blades (200 and 250 mm), a rectangular grooving blade, a marker and a ruler, a cleaning brush, and an Allen wrench for quick blade replacement. All components of the set can be safely stored and transported in a durable case.
