The MSW brand polystyrene cutting machine is the optimal device for processing insulation using a hot wire, which can be used in the renovation and repair of medium and large buildings. The model was designed for cutting Styrofoam, Styrodur, or polystyrene with millimeter precision. The machine can easily cut even large panels up to 1350 mm in length and 320 mm in depth. Thanks to the included scaffolding mount, which tilts 90 degrees, the cutter can be used not only in the workshop, on the floor, on Euro pallets, or leaning against a wall, but also safely on scaffolding. Thanks to the laser scale and a 100 cm ball guide, the polystyrene cutting machine can be used for highly precise work. The ability to tilt the long support arm allows for precise bevel cuts both horizontally and vertically. Depth stops ensure that the material lies flat and secure even when tilted. The machine also features pre-installed stops for precisely repeating the same cuts. The power tool can be used even in bad weather. A waterproof transformer (IP68 rating) and splash-proof electrical connections between the handle and the transformer using the XLR standard guarantee reliable protection against rain and moisture. The polystyrene cutter, which is easy to transport thanks to its slim design, features five polystyrene clamps. These help both to hold the boards in place and to secure insulation materials with precise, smooth edges to the wall. The set also includes a practical rasp for sanding.
