The MSW pipe bender is ideal for shaping metal materials used in construction, auto repair shops, and hobby workshops. The device can be used to shape structural pipes (1-1/2" thick, min. bend radius 20") and conduit pipes (2" thick, min. bend radius 70"). It is also suitable for flat bars (1-1/4" thick, min. bend radius 10"), channel bars (1 x 2" thick, min. bend radius 60") as well as square profiles (2" thick, min. bend radius 70") and rectangular profiles (1 x 2" thick, min. bend radius 60"). The bending range is from 0 to 360 degrees . The adjustable design allows the rolling machine to be adapted to the dimensions of the material being processed. The upper roller is adjusted using a large knob. The minimum rolling diameter is 660 mm and the maximum is 1200 mm. The machine’s frame is made of low-carbon steel, and the rollers are made of carbon steel. Mounting holes with a diameter of 11 mm allow the equipment to be secured to the ground.
