MSW diaphragm pump designed for the quick and safe transfer of hazardous liquids such as urea.
The pump is equipped with two hoses and a nozzle used to control the pumping. A digital meter is connected to the dispensing hose. The pump is mounted on a stainless steel frame featuring a mounting bracket for IBC and TOTE containers. The self-priming pump can be mounted above the tank from which the liquid is to be drawn. The suction lift is 3 m. The built-in pressure switch starts and stops automatically as soon as the supply valve is opened. The flow rate is 35–45 l/min at a pressure of 5 bar. In addition to urea, the pump can also be used for other liquids, such as urea solutions (DEF or Sus 32), alcohol, ethanol, ammonia, windshield washer fluid, organic acids, and other non-flammable substances. The urea pump’s design is particularly durable and cannot be damaged if it runs dry for an extended period.
